Race discrimination questionnaire (RR65)

A questionnaire prescribed under section 65 of the Race Relations Act 1976 (RRA 1976) that those who believe they may have been discriminated against under the RRA 1976 can serve on the alleged discriminator, to obtain information to decide whether or not to bring employment tribunal (www.practicallaw.com/9-200-2984) proceedings and to present the complaint in the most effective way. The RRA 1976 was repealed on 1 October 2010 and replaced by the Equality Act 2010 (EqA 2010).
