Re-engagement order

A remedy for unfair dismissal (www.practicallaw.com/0-200-3624) that may be ordered by an employment tribunal (www.practicallaw.com/9-200-2984). Under the order, the employer re-employs the dismissed employee on new terms with no loss of continuity of employment. The tribunal must consider a re-engagement order if it considers that a reinstatement order (www.practicallaw.com/9-200-3441) would not be appropriate.
