Presentation of withdrawal slip representation that entitled to withdraw cash

The Court of Appeal has held that by presenting a signed cash withdrawal slip at a bank a person makes a demand for payment of the stated amount and represents that the bank is indebted to him in that amount and that he is entitled to draw it.
