Discrimination

Under the Equality Act 2010 (EqA 2010), in Great Britain (www.practicallaw.com/0-200-3332) it is potentially unlawful to discriminate in relation to age, disability, gender reassingment, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy or maternity, race, religion or belief, sex or sexual orientation.
