Indirect discrimination (www.practicallaw.com/6-200-3353) against someone with a particular disability.
A failure to comply with a duty to make a reasonable adjustment (www.practicallaw.com/9-200-3436).
The EqA 2010 also contains provisions concerning disability harassment (www.practicallaw.com/3-200-3340) and victimisation (www.practicallaw.com/7-200-3630).
